Section 2. When VSIONTEQ May Use Your Private Information

2-A. Email Address: When you sign up for VSIONTEQ account as member, mailing lists or other service or promotion that requires registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address. Your email address will only be used by us to contact you as part of the transaction process, to send you periodic emails that you have signed up for as member or for purposes that are intended to enhance your user experience. Your contact information will not be shared with third parties unless for your interest and with your permission. VSIONTEQ will generally ask you to indicate whether or not you want to receive certain types of email communication from us, and we will adhere to your preferences unless we consider a particular communication to be absolutely necessary.

2-B. Name: Your full name is required when signing up for our mailing lists, VSIONTEQ account, or other services or promotions that require registration to establish personal and official communications between us.

2-C. Demographic Information for survey purposes: VSIONTEQ will occasionally collect demographic data, such as zip code, gender, occupation, product preference, etc. While your response to that process is optional, your cooperation along that line can help VSIONTEQ bring you better user experience to our systems.

2-D. Facebook Members are not required to log-in to the Site through Facebook but you may share our VSIONTEQ website content with your Facebook friends and/or followers.

Section 3. Sharing functionality

3-A. Share Feature: You may share content from VSIONTEQ app using the share feature. We do not view or store the specific messages that you send through this feature, but we may record the number of times that particular content has been shared.

Section 4. Cookies, GIF, URLs

4-A. Cookies: Like most sites, VSIONTEQ makes use of browser "cookies." Cookies are small text files placed on your device's storage by our server. They allow us to quickly check your status and facilitate access to your preferences. VSIONTEQ does not use cookies to retrieve or track information that is unrelated to the app or services.

4-B. GIF Images: VSIONTEQ may also use transparent GIF images in emails we send to you. We use these images to track the viewership of emails we send.

4-C. Unique URLs: VSIONTEQ may also create unique links in emails, quips that enable us to track on which emails you click.

Section 5. Your IP Address

5-A. Occasional collection and storage of your IP address: This helps us diagnose problems with our servers, administer our site, gather non-personal identifying information about our users, and detect and prevent fraudulent activity.

6-A. VSIONTEQ only shares your personal information with its 3rd party partnes in limited circumstances and with your consent.

7-A. VSIONTEQ may also collect non-personally identifying, aggregated information about subscribers' use of our site. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how visitors to our site use our service. For example, we may view how much time users spend on our site, from which other sites users came, and which links to external sites have been used, among other things. We may share this data with third parties in an aggregated, non- personally identifying form. Such information does not identify you individually.

9-A. The app may contain links to other websites. VSIONTEQ is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of these websites. If you follow these links you are responsible for reviewing the privacy policy of any third party website to determine that your personally identifying information is protected to your satisfaction.

10-A. We take the security of your personally identifying information seriously. We use secure server software, known as an SSL certificate, intended to ensure that sensitive personal information is encrypted.
